Four more peacocks die of Ranikhet in Tharparkar

THARPARKAR: Four more peacocks died due to viral disease called ‘Ranikhet’ in Tharparkar on Sunday, raising the death toll to eight in two days, Geo News reported.
Wildlife department sources said four peacocks died of Ranikhet in village Ded Veero in tehsil Deplo.
On Saturday, four peacocks had also died due to this deadly viral disease in Tharparkar.
Local people have expressed concern, saying that a large number of peacocks are affected by Ranikhet.
